Most of the PhD students from the MELGEN will take part in the 15th International Congress of the Society for Melanoma Research. It will take place in Manchester, England, October 24-27, 2018.
The Society for Melanoma Research 2018 Congress is a global meeting where melanoma experts, both clinicians and researchers, gather together to discuss the latest news and key discoveries in the fields, in a multidisciplinary manner. This is important for the care of patients.
The majority of MELGEN students are proud to participate in such global event and present their work. Congratulations to Joanna Poźniak and Rohit Thakur for being chosen for oral presentation, to everyone else of the MELGEN students for being chosen for poster presentation, and to Sonia Leonardelli for winning the travel award.
Also, Prof. Julia Newton-Bishop is giving a talk, so we are all looking forward to participate in her session!
It is a big opportunity for everyone to share their recent data and to get important feedback from experts in the melanoma field.
